"A Beautiful Lie"
showbiz.sky.com: Jared Leto is keeping a bit of goss to himself. He told Sky Showbiz he's doing "something that's never been done before". Chatting to us at the Kerrang awards last night, Jared spilled some prequel beans...
He said to Sky Showbiz: "Right now I do have a very, very big secret.
"It has never been done before and we're really, really excited. We have our fingers crossed."
But, big meanie that he is, Jaz wouldn't let us in on the full knowledge. He dangled a carrot, then whipped it away. Chuh. Although he did confirm that it wouldn't be his band, 30 Seconds To Mars, standing on their heads drinking a bottle of Jaegermeister.
He did tell us: "It's hard-core entertainment. A week from now we will release some very, very exciting information.
"This is like the announcement to the announcement. I wish I could tell you guys, but unfortunately I'm under a gag order until next week."

"The secret that Jared was keeping was that "a beautiful lie" is being taped in Greenland tomorrow and that it is going to be a completely green/enviornmentally safe video. Also for every download the money will go to an environmental charity. Brent Bolthouse said this in FMH and he's going to be there to take pictures for a coffee table book which will also be released and the money will also go to the charity."

{ A Message From The Front... }
Just a quick note to say hello and how excited we are to see all the new faces and how much we miss the old ones. Europe has been nothing short of absolutely incredible so far. Whether wandering the rainy streets of Paris or losing ourselves in the magical night of Berlin, we have had the most amazing time exploring these magnificent cities. Whenever we have a rare spare minute or two we rush to explore these new and inspiring places.
Although many of you overseas have known us for some time now, it does feel a bit like we are starting over. It's exciting to feel the beginning again and we are very humbled by this chance to come and visit with you all.
Highlights so far have been the Paris Show (merci!), Pinkpop (we never thought we would have such great show at 1145AM! Thanks for that. Great crowd and 'the slide' was a blast), and Berlin (eschleeebidishhh!).
It was a virtual [ECHELON] convention last night in Berlin and that was actually the best part of the entire evening, seeing all of you, from so many wonderful places, coming together.
We are so glad we got to hang out for a few precious moments and talk with the wonderful European division of this army/family/movement/madhouse. You should all know that wherever you go now in this beautiful world there is family waiting to embrace you with open arms.

A ovo je Jared izjavio u jednom intervjuu u Njemačkoj: (prevedite si sami;)
Actor and singer Jared Leto has revealed that he is a closet hippy and is deeply concerned about the environment.
Speaking at a music festival in Germany, Leto said he hoped that people would take more interest in saving the planet.
"You can get somebody to turn off the light or to unplug an appliance or to plant a tree," he said.
"I think it's a wonderful thing, we've moved beyond the days of tree-hugging hippies being the example of environmentalism around the world."
He added: "It's the responsibility of not only hippies, but all of us. I'm a closet hippy anyway - hence my long hair."
Leto went on to say that he hoped that being concerned with the environment would become an obvious choice.
Following his performance at the Rock am Ring festival in Germany, the star said he and his band 30 Seconds to Mars have enjoyed an incredible couple of years together.
Their latest album, A Beautiful Lie, has shifted a million copies in America and their growing status on this side of the Atlantic was underlined when they completed a sell-out UK tour.
